Mars viewer

The Mars Viewer allows visitors to explore an impressive three-dimensional Mars landscape. Craters which are visibly covered with ice at the centre and the plateaus and valleys of the Red Planet provide a fascinating insight into its morphology. The 3D shots of our neighboring planet were taken using the German High Resolution Stereo Camera (HRSC) on board the European space probe Mars Express.
